Ginger Grapefruit Fizz

For a versatile recipe that pairs with your favorite clear liquor that is also great as a mocktail mix:

1.5 oz vodka, gin or tequila

.5 oz Roadbars Fresh Ginger Shrub

2 oz grapefruit juice

2 oz soda water

Fill a glass with ice. Add spirit, ginger shrub, and grapefruit juice. Stir. Add soda water and stir again. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge. Cheers!
