Strawberry Hibiscus Rum Smash

Coconut water and our Strawberry Hibiscus Shrub reinvent the classic Rum Smash:

2 oz rum

1 oz Strawberry Hibiscus Shrub

2 oz coconut water

3 lime wedges

8-10 mint leaves

Add mint, lime wedges, and strawberry hibiscus shrub to a glass. Muddle. Add rum and coconut water, and fill with ice. Stir. Top with soda water. Stir. Garnish with a mint sprig. Cheers!
