Strawberry Hibiscus Sour

To make this show stopping sour mix:

2 oz bourbon or tequila

1 oz Strawberry Hibiscus Shrub

.75 oz lemon juice or lime juice

1 egg white

Add bourbon or tequila, lemon juice or lime juice, strawberry hibiscus shrub and egg white to a shaker. Dry shake. Fill shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass. Cheers!
